
POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing Boston Party Rental for your rental needs.
We have been in business since 1959 and have an extensive show-
room with most items on display to help you in planning your event.
New items are being added continuously to make your party or func-
tion more successful. In addition, we carry a complete line of dispos-
able items for your convenience.
RESERVATIONS: We will reserve items for you with a reservation
deposit. This amount is not refundable for a cancelled event unless
two weeks prior notice is given. A security deposit is required on all
rentals to cover any additional charges. It is refunded once the items
have been thoroughly counted and cleaned.
CHANGES ON ORDERS: In order to provide you with the best
service, and ensure that we maintain accuracy, we require all changes
be made at least 48 hours before the order leaves our premises.
DELIVERY/PICK-UP: Delivery and pick-up service is available at
an additional charge at a base fee to street level. All items are pack-
aged to provide safe transportation that is sterilized, sparkling and
"table-ready". On pick-up, all items should be re-packed in the same
containers as delivered.
EOUIPMENT RETURN: All equipment must be protected from the
weather in all circumstances. Linen should be dry to prevent mildew,
and tables and chairs stacked. STATE HEALTH REGULATIONS
MANDATE THAT ALL TABLEWARE MUST BE RETURNED
CLEAN. The responsibility for the items remains with the lessor
from the time of delivery to the time of return. Be sure that all items
are secure when not in use. We do charge for missing, broken or
damaged items. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a
25% service charge.
